Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something's not right, we'll make it right — no long holds, no runaround.

We offer refunds for:

  • Tees that were sent incorrectly
  • Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To get the process started, just reach out to us at info@edelheartgroup.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue. We'll get it sorted.

Please note that this policy may be updated from time to time. For the most current version, drop us a line at info@edelheartgroup.com and we'll fill you in.

And do us a favor — check the care instructions before you wash your tee. We put a lot of work into these things and we'd like them to last as long as your logbook.
